Sharon Stanzione concentrates her practice in civil trial and
appellate litigation with an emphasis in medical malpractice. She is experienced at navigating Indiana’s unique medical review panel system. Ms. Stanzione has
successfully tried cases to verdict throughout Indiana and has argued cases in the Indiana Supreme Court and Indiana Court of Appeals. Along
with her appellate work and litigation practice, Ms. Stanzione is a Registered Civil
Mediator and is able to provide her clients with expert legal counsel. She is experienced and available to speak on issues such as risk management, business start-up,
trademark, and health care law. Ms. Stanzione is an adjunct faculty member of Purdue University where she teaches Conflict Management and Organizational Leadership to undergraduate students.
Ms. Stanzione is a member of the Chicago, Illinois State, Indiana State, Lake County Bar Associations, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Lake County Bar Association. She was a member of the Indiana State Bar Association's Ethics Task Force from 2000-2001. She is a member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana (DTCI), the Defense Research Institute (DRI), the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), and the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys (ADTA). Ms. Stanzione is also a current member of the Calumet American Inns of Court where she has served as an officer.
