Mr. Ryndak concentrates his practice on liability insurance coverage litigation with an emphasis in complex commercial claims. He has successfully litigated insurance coverage matters in the areas of commercial liability, construction defect, toxic-tort, advertising injury, professional liability and environmental claims. He has authored numerous articles on insurance coverage and frequently counsels clients in the drafting and interpretation of new policy forms.
Mr. Ryndak is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel.
