H. Patrick Morris concentrates his practice in products liability, toxic tort, food-borne illness claims, and commercial litigation. Mr. Morris has served as an adjunct law professor with IIT’s Chicago-Kent College of Law. His instruction has included intensive clinical training in trial advocacy, including direct and cross-examination, opening statements and closing arguments. Mr. Morris is a frequent lecturer on various subjects and has spoken at or chaired a number of educational seminars. His success as a trial attorney has been recognized by his peers, who have nominated him with an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbel and as a Illinois Super Lawyer (in the top 5% of Illinois attorneys).
Mr. Morris is a member of the Defense Research Institute (Board of Directors 2001-2006), the Society of Trial Lawyers, the Society for Chemical Hazard Communication, the American Council on Science and Health, and the International Association of Defense Counsel.

Mr. Morris is a frequent lecturer on many subjects and has spoken at or chaired educational seminars on subjects including: evidentiary issues at trial, preparing and handling toxic tort cases, and the defense of lead paint-based litigation.
