Tatum H. Lytle concentrates her area of practice in insurance coverage, insurance defense and premises liability.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Lytle was employed as a paralegal for the law firm Mallor Clendening Grodner & Bohrer, LLP located in Bloomington, Indiana. She was responsible for legal research, drafting legal pleadings and client communication. Ms. Lytle also has experience as a registered domestic relations mediator. In her time spent as a mediator, she mediated family law cases involving parenting time, custody, child support, and related disputes.
Ms. Lytle received her B.A. in Political Science along with a minor in History from Indiana University – Bloomington in 2002. She also received a concentration in business due to her membership in L.A.M.P., the Liberal Arts & Management Program. Ms. Lytle earned her J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington, where she was a notes editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal. While in law school, she served as President of the Women's Law Caucus. In her role as President, she organized a charitable auction benefiting the Middle Way House, a battered women's shelter located in Bloomington, Indiana.
