Gabriel R. Judd

Gabriel R. Judd concentrates his practice in insurance law with an emphasis in first-party coverage disputes, including insurance fraud and bad faith litigation claims. Mr. Judd also represents municipalities in negligence and civil rights actions, handling various premises liability and police misconduct matters. He has civil litigation experience in Illinois state and federal courts. In addition, Mr. Judd also has civil litigation experience in employment law matters in both Illinois federal courts and before the Illinois Human Rights Commission. Mr. Judd has successfully handled disability disputes, retaliation claims, racial and sexually oriented discrimination claims, and contract claims.

Mr. Judd has been with the firm since 2006, when he started with the firm's law clerk/summer associate program prior to joining the firm full time in 2008. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel.
