Sean J. Hardy concentrates his area of practice on product liability and construction liability. Mr. Hardy has successfully represented German and British machine manufacturers in significant personal injury and wrongful death litigation.  He has also successfully represented industrial safety sensor designers and manufacturers in product liability actions in Illinois and Indiana. In his construction practice Mr. Hardy's clients have included electrical contractors and public utilities.

Mr. Hardy is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
